Value Add Case Studies...

Pier 4 prides itself on its tried-and-true strategy of acquiring value-add properties. A value-add property pertains characteristics such as, but not limited to, significantly low in-place rent, sale price below market comparable, under-utilization of common areas, located in a desired area of the city, and mismanagement by the existing ownership group.
