Our Story

 Our foundation is built on over 40 years in the real estate industry with vast experience in ownership, property management and capital improvements.

Pier 4 REIT’s three co-founders, a venture with Darrell, Adam and Michael founded in 2020. It all started with one house in Scarborough, where Darrell lived on the main floor, while renting out the basement, to owning and managing over 100 units across two provinces.

Together Darrell, Adam and Michael actively manage Pier 4 REIT today. The three co-founders along with a strong team have grown the business into an up in coming leader in the apartment industry. Their passion for real estate compounded with years of industry experience have created a unique family run business that is just getting started.

Our Success

Pier 4 REIT is actively involved in the marketplace ensuring that value is being added to the fund through new acquisitions. Since inception of the REIT, management has acted diligently to maintain existing assets but also to seek new opportunities. Pier 4 REIT has successfully acquired nine properties totaling one hundred and sixty units. Our portfolio to date is spread across two provinces and three cities. Pier 4 REIT’s management team is destined to continue to grow and create diversification within their fund.
